Testimonials

  • ‘The Haynes and Boone team is smart, effective and efficient, especially when compared to some of their competitors in the restructuring space. I've worked with them in matters where it was necessary to conduct an investigation of past transactions in anticipation of litigation, and they completed the work thoroughly giving practical advice at a very reasonable cost.’

  • ‘Charles Beckham is one of the best and most practical restructuring lawyers I've worked with in nearly 10 years serving as an independent director in restructuring situations. He is very responsive and gives advice that is correct legally and reflects a practical perspective that isn't always presented by lawyers working on restructuring matters.'

  • ‘The Haynes & Boone team is loaded with brilliant restructuring professionals, very strong technical with a superior blend of personalities and negotiating styles that suit a wide range of situations. Richard Kanowitz in particular smart and a strong negotiator. Fraser Murphy and Steve Pezanosky equally strong attorneys. ’

They can handle a mix of company and creditor side work and have a strong bench of professionals. I enjoy working with this group and often recommend them to my clients. I don't think there is a better middle to upper market restructuring group based in Texas. ’
