The practice is led by New York-based Alan Hoffman and Mike Pikiel, alongside Richard Puttré in Miami and Laurae Rossi in Los Angeles. Hoffman remains active in the sports infrastructure space and recently represented JPMorgan Chase Bank as lead arranger and lender on the financing for Etihad Park, a 25,000-seat soccer stadium under development in Queens. Pikiel advises on a broad range of transactions across infrastructure, transportation, and energy, while Puttré focuses on the development, financing, and acquisition of energy and infrastructure assets across the US and Latin America. Rossi brings experience across renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, geothermal, and storage assets nationwide. Dan Shapiro departed the team in April 2026.

The stadium will be the first soccer-specific stadium in New York City.
