Advised JFK NTO LLC (“NTO”), a consortium comprised of Ferrovial, Carlyle, JLC Infrastructure, and Ullico, the developer and operator of the New Terminal One at JFK Airport, in connection with NTO’s issuance of $1.367 billion green bonds.
Advised LBCT, the operator of the Long Beach Container Terminal under a preferential assignment agreement (PAA) with the City of Long Beach, in connection with a $1.23 billion recapitalization transaction.
