Advising Kelar S.A. (the “Borrower”), a Chilean project company jointly owned by Korea Southern Power Company (65%) and Samsung C&T Corporation (35%), on the refinancing of the Borrower’s existing project financing facilities relating to a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power project in Chile.
