Greenberg Traurig‘s cohort is co-headed by New York’s David Greenberg, Berlin-based Carsten Kociok, and the ’exceptional’ Miami-based Marina Olman-Pal, who advises domestic and international clients on a variety of financial regulatory cases. The three co-lead alongside Los Angeles’ blockchain and digital assets specialist Barbara Jones, New York and Miami-based Lisa Lanham, who has experience in state licensing, money transmission, and regulatory compliance, and Phoenix’s Shane Foster whose workload includes investigation and enforcement cases. Hilary Sledge-Sarnor departed in October 2025.
