Zonis, is a recognized Latin American specialist with experience in sovereign debt offerings, restructurings, debt-for-nature and debt-for-development swaps. Triaca, advises on debt and equity offerings, hybrid securities, liability management, project and acquisition financings, and US corporate governance matters for Latin American issuers. Gianluca Bacchiocchi, who joined from Latham & Watkins in March 2025, represents sponsors, issuers, and underwriters in cross-border capital markets and infrastructure securitizations, including Rule 144A/Reg S offerings, private placements, and hybrid transactions.
