The group is led from New York by Anna Pinedo, who is known for her work on private placements, PIPEs, SPAC PIPEs and hybrid offerings. Brian Hirshberg is a key contact for PIPE transactions and ATM programs, regularly advising placement agents and issuers on structuring, documentation and execution.
