New York’s Michael Levitt represents companies, investment banks, private equity firms, and institutional investors. Sarah Solum in Silicon Valley has a broad capital markets practice spanning investment-grade offerings and SEC compliance. Jacqueline Marino joined the firm in New York from Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in June 2024.
