The practice is co-led by Paul Astolfi, who splits his time between Dallas and Chicago, and Dorina Yessios in New York. Astolfi advises financial institutions and investors on renewable energy financings, restructurings, and acquisitions. Katy McNeil in Chicago advises lenders, developers, and institutional investors on project financings and transactions involving renewable energy and infrastructure assets.
