Work highlights

Represented Potentia US Wind Fund 1 LP in an acquisition of an operational 240MW wind project in Illinois from Vitol. Vitol is staying on post-acquisition as the tax equity Class A Member.
Represented Eolus in its sale of the approximately 100 MW Pome stand-alone BESS project located in California. This transaction closed during construction with Eolus serving as construction manager until substantial completion (through a unique and complex arrangement). In addition, Eolus brought the construction and term debt and MN8 was responsible for arranging the tax equity financing.
Represented EDF in the formation of its joint venture with Power Sustainable. We then represented the joint venture in the sale of tax credits generated by the Desert Quartzite BESS project to an affiliate of Liberty Mutual, as well as a debt transaction.
