Representing a subsidiary of New Fortress Energy in a proceeding before MARAD and the US Coast Guard in connection with an application for all Federal authorizations required for a license to own, construct and operate a deepwater port for the export of LNG. This is NFE ’s first floating liquefaction and export facility proposed in the US.
