Representing Tri-State in the FERC filing of (1) revisions to the vast majority of its core revenue contracts, extending term through 2066 in most cases and modifying other core terms and conditions, and (2) revisions to a major self-supply rate tariff, raising novel issues regarding self-supply under all-requirements power contracts.
Advised lenders KeyBanc Capital Markets, HSBC Bank USA and Banco Santander on the $1.3bn construction debt financing for three utility scale solar photovoltaic projects as part of the Mammoth Solar facility in Pulaski County, Indiana.
