Based in New York, the practice is led by seasoned trial attorney E. Danya Perry, complex dispute resolution specialist Marc Silverman, and expert appellate advocate Joshua Perry. Silverman joined the team in June 2025 from his former role as the Acting US Attorney for the District of Connecticut.
