The team at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP is often trusted to resolve litigation arising from mergers and uncharted SEC reviews of IPO registration statements for securities products. Jay Kasner, Scott Musoff and Susan L. Saltzstein lead the team as a trio. Musoff has a strong background in advising financial institutions as both underwriters and issuers in securities litigation spanning the entirety of the US and has tried numerous cases and arbitration in the New York Court of appeals and the second circuit court of appeals. Saltzstein focuses her practice on the representation of domestic and global corporations, financial institutions and individuals in complex litigation. Team members are based in New York unless otherwise stated.
