With a particularly active toxic tort and environmental litigation practice, Bowman and Brooke LLP regularly advises on exposure and contamination claims in state and federal courts, ranging from asbestos to benzene litigation. The group is co-led by experienced partners William Auther in Phoenix, Lawrence Ramsey in Los Angeles, and Austin-based John Garrett.  Auther is sought after by a range of clients spanning the transportation, construction, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries and continues to represent Daikin Applied Americas, Inc. and American Air Filter Company, Inc. in ongoing asbestos litigation alongside Detroit's David Campbell and Phoenix-based Janell Adams. In Minneapolis, managing partner Roshan Rajkumar serves as national coordinating, trial, and settlement counsel to Hitachi Truck in nationwide asbestos, silica, and benzene mass tort litigation.
