Led by Matt Howsare , former US Consumer Product Safety Commission chief of staff, the firm’s leaders are able to leverage deep regulatory experience to counsel high-profile clients on product safety, recalls, regulatory compliance, and multidistrict litigation. Howsare chairs the firm’s North American product safety practice, advising major clients on CPSC civil penalties, compliance programs, and regulatory advocacy. Elliot Kaye, newly joined in 2024 and former chair of the CPSC, offers clients strategic counsel on complex regulatory challenges, crisis management, and compliance issues for executives and boards. Both Howsare and Kaye operate from the firm’s Washington DC office.
