Paul Yetter

Paul Yetter, co-founder of Yetter Coleman LLP, supports his clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, leveraging his extensive experience in the space with particular focus on antitrust, securities, and IP disputes. He co-leads a team representing IBM in a dispute with BMC Software regarding a mainframe conversion project for AT&T, vacating a $1.7bn judgment which was upheld in the Supreme Court. Furthermore, he also leads on antitrust cases for private equity firm Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe relating to its investment in U.S. Anaesthesia Partners, securing three consecutive dismissals.
