Over the previous year, she has been defending Amazon against antitrust actions filed by the FTC and by the Attorney General of California. She also represented BeOne (f/k/a BeiGene) in a trade secrets case brought by AbbVie, and Jazz Pharmaceuticals in an antitrust MDL in the Northern District of California.
