Craig Martin

Based in Chicago, Craig Martin at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP advises on a range of litigation matters, including ERISA issues, damages claims, and patent disputes. He continues to represent Provisur in a patent infringement and business competition lawsuit against Weber, alleging that Weber improperly obtained technology developed by Provisur, with the case consisting of several patent lawsuits in both the United States and in Germany. Martin also advised an Illinois lobbyist and former legislator against federal public corruption charges, and represented Olin Corporation regarding breach of contract claims in the ICC arbitration court in Paris.
