Sullivan was also retained by L’Oréal to lead its defense in an MDL where plaintiffs allege its hair relaxer products caused breast and uterine cancers, and is also engaged by Johnson & Johnson and Imerys Talc America in the latter’s Ch. 11 proceedings, tied to claims that J&J’s talc products caused ovarian cancer and mesothelioma.
