Drew Tulumello co-chairs the global litigation department at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and advises on a range of complex work, such as public nuisance lawsuits, copyright disputes, and including a high-profile bellwether case where a plaintiff alleged that ultra-processed foods were intentionally designed and advertised to be addictive to children, with Tulumello defending PepsiCo and other major food and beverage manufacturers against these claims – following his argument, the district court dismissed the complaint with prejudice. Furthermore, he is acting as lead national trial counsel for ExxonMobil defending against several public nuisance lawsuits relating to plastics pollution and continues to advise on sports matters.
