Co-chair of the M&A litigation group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, New York-based Jaren Janghorbani provides key support to her clients on a range of complex commercial litigation matters. With particular skill in handling governance-related disputes and shareholder litigation, she has had success in her representation of Fireman Capital Partners against former shareholders of Left Coast Ventures concerning alleged breaches of fiduciary duty relating to LCV’s merger with an SPAC, securing a motion to dismiss in part.
