He is representing Regeneron Pharmaceuticals in a multibillion dollar antitrust action in the SDNY against Novartis and Vetter Pharma, alleging that they violated aspects of the Sherman Act relating to Regeneron’s blindness treatment drug Eylea. Regeneron is alleging that the two defendants conspired to exclude and delay Eylea’s entry into the market, and is filing a Walker Process claim that alleges Novartis fraudulently obtained the patent for pre-filled syringes and sought to monopolize the market for them.
