Having joined Latham & Watkins in August 2025, David Marriott continues to provide key advice to his clients on a range of business litigation matters, with a strong focus on antitrust cases. He is leading on the ongoing representation of Live Nation, continuing from his former firm, against an investigation from the DOJ alleging that the entertainment company has a monopoly in the concert promotion and ticketing markets. He is also the lead in the firm’s representation of Novo Nordisk against a range of claims from Pfizer alleging misconduct and monopolization of GLP-1 medications through the acquisition of life sciences startup Metsera.
