He is Pfizer’s counsel of choice in trade secrets disputes, representing it and an employee, Andrew Brackbill, against an allegation by Johnson & Johnson that Brackbill took a number of confidential files with him to Pfizer when he left his role at J&J. Outside of the pharmaceutical field, Ramani is defending Meta in a suit brought by SitNet, alleging that the Facebook parent infringed SitNet’s patents tied to its crisis response functions.
