Kasowitz LLP is frequently lauded for its litigation and trial expertise across commercial, antitrust, patent, real estate, and constitutional matters. Spearheading the New York-based litigation team is Marc Kasowitz, the firm’s founding partner and a trial-tested lawyer known for handling high-stakes, bet-the-company disputes. Working alongside him is Nicholas Rendino, who advises on partnership and fiduciary litigation, as well as significant contract and corporate governance conflicts. Daniel Furey similarly handles a broad range of commercial and contractual disputes, while Amit Vora – promoted to partner in 2025 – has a particular emphasis on appellate litigation. Praised as ‘very responsive’, Ronald R. Rossi is active in business disputes, including insurance coverage and trade secrets matters. Sheron Korpus and Andrew Schwartz both represent clients in complex corporate disputes and securities class action defense. All of the highlighted practitioners are based in New York.
