Representing Samsung Electronics as trial counsel in a $1.75bn patent litigation matter involving Wi-Fi security technology.
Representing Ligado in a high-stakes dispute with The Boeing Company concerning a $1.3 bn satellite, the primary asset of Ligado, which is currently in bankruptcy proceedings. The litigation involves multiple claims, including breach of contract, violations of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, and trespass to chattel.
Representing Stellex Capital Management and its affiliates in litigation in Delaware state court against the seller and affiliates of an acquired automotive parts supplier. Following the acquisition, Stellex discovered that a significant portion of the business represented by the seller did not exist, resulting in substantial losses. The litigation has uncovered evidence of knowing fraud, witness payments, and destruction of key documents by the seller.
