Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP‘s business-critical disputes team spans an array of industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy, aerospace, and cybersecurity. The bench is led by Philadelphia-based Troy Brown and Dana Becker, both seasoned trial strategists in complex contract and M&A litigation; Elisa McEnroe, who is recognized for business competition and fraud disputes; and Brian Shaffer, noted for handling breach of contract, civil conspiracy, and product liability claims. The leadership team also extents nationally. In Chicago, Scott Schutte is well regarded for insurance coverage litigation, while Miami’s Alison Tanchyk advises on government investigations, as well as antitrust and civil litigation. In New York, Grant MacQueen concentrates on breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims, and Washington DC’s April Nelson Ross defends companies in product liability, mass tort, and consumer class actions. Additional support comes from Boston-based Charles Solomont, who covers real estate, intellectual property, and bankruptcy litigation.
