E-discovery

Gunster maintains a well-established e-discovery practice, regularly instructed on complex matters involving large data volumes and streamlined workflows. The team advises on discovery strategy across litigation and investigations, with experience spanning mass torts, regulatory responses, and antitrust disputes. Clients turn to the firm for guidance on records retention, defensible data disposition, and privacy and AI compliance considerations. The practice is co-led by Christine Payne and Michelle Six. Based in Austin, Payne advises on multi-jurisdictional disputes and high-stakes litigation.
