Christina Trotz has been a partner at Evans Fears Schuttert McNulty Mickus since 2025. She focuses her practice on defending manufacturers in complex product liability and tort litigation nationwide. She advises and defends clients throughout all stages of litigation, with particular strength in trial preparation, depositions, and courtroom advocacy.
Christina has successfully tried cases before juries in multiple Colorado jurisdictions and has taken or defended more than 250 depositions. Known as a skilled oral advocate, she is frequently relied upon to handle critical witness examinations and high‑stakes hearings. Her experience spans litigation involving automobiles, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, as well as mass and toxic tort matters and complex commercial disputes.
She is licensed in Colorado, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, and California, and regularly appears in state and federal courts across the country.
