- Aviation and aerospace
- Breach of contract, UCC and warranty claims
- Fraud, tortious interference, and breach of fiduciary duty
- Trust, estate and probate litigation
- Banking and finance disputes

Trey’s advocacy is defined by a disciplined methodology drawn from his experience as a collegiate athlete: assess, prioritise, and execute. At the outset of each matter, he works closely with clients to define objectives and develops a comprehensive trial strategy designed to efficiently advance those goals. He places strong emphasis on early, thorough preparation—analysing all relevant claims and defenses, mastering the applicable rules of procedure and evidence, and maintaining a relentless focus on positioning the case for success in the courtroom, arbitration room, or negotiation setting.
