James is a Partner in the Litigation Department and Co-Chair of the Accountants’ Liability Practice Group. James’ practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with particular emphasis on intellectual property, accountants’ liability, and securities. James also has extensive experience in the area of white collar defense, internal investigations, SEC, NYSE and other regulatory investigations.
