Jeffrey Plotkin

Jeffrey Plotkin is a partner at Finn Dixon & Herling . Plotkin has represented clients in SEC investigations and examinations. He has focused his practice on white-collar crime matters, internal investigations, and investment adviser and broker-dealer compliance. Plotkin has represented broker-dealers, investment advisers, private funds, family offices, financial service professionals, and public companies in a variety of regulatory, criminal, and civil litigation. He has previously served as Staff Attorney and Chief of the Branch of broker-dealer enforcement for the SEC.
