Andrew Calamari

Andrew Calamari  is a partner at Finn Dixon & Herling and focuses his practice in representing senior executives in SEC investigations. Calamari has represented executives of large public companies, registered investment advisers, and broker-dealers in SEC investigations and examinations. Calamari was previously director of the SEC’s New York office and has had extensive experience working for the SEC.
