A partner at Thompson Hine LLP, Matthew Alshouse represents his clients in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture and solo investing, as well as financing on the borrower side. Alshouse has significant experience in the secondaries debt market as well as experience representing international clients in their U.S. real estate investments. Alshouse represents institutional investors, developers, and REIT’s and has extensive experience across numerous real estate asset classes, including logistics, industrial, office, and multifamily.
