Career
Chair of Much's Real Estate group, Max focuses his practice on a variety of real estate matters, including retail, office, and industrial leasing for landlords and tenants, as well as the purchase and sale of real estate across asset classes. He also has extensive experience with hospitality and restaurant practice, handling projects around the country.
Max regularly counsels clients regarding condominium development, including drafting condominium declarations, property reports, form purchase agreements, and reciprocal easement agreements for vertical subdivisions. He has also handled condominium deconversions for buildings as large as 296 units.
Max serves lenders and borrowers in the full range of commercial loan transactions, including revolving credit, real estate secured, and commercial and industrial lending. He has experience working on both the lender and the borrower sides of loan workouts and modifications.
In addition, Max assists his clients with general corporate issues, including company formation, maintenance, and sale transactions.
