With an engineering background and experience as in-house counsel for a leading technology company, Shaun Zhang employs legal acumen, technical precision, and a trained business sense when handling his clients’ high-stakes issues, such as patent infringement, trade secrets misappropriation, and other commercial disputes.

An experienced litigator and trusted advisor, Shaun first-chairs cases that often involve deep scientific and technical subject matter. Clients across a range of industries value his ability to dissect complex issues and distill them into clear and compelling arguments.
