For more than three decades, Jim Kallianis has represented insurers in matters involving directors and officers, general liability, product contamination and product recall, cyber, and professional liability policies. He also has represented reinsurers and captive insurers in complex disputes both in litigation and arbitrations. Jim also has defended corporations and individuals in matters ranging from employment disputes to RICO, securities and consumer fraud class actions.
