Ashley Klein focuses her practice on trademark matters and intellectual property litigation. She routinely assists clients with identifying, protecting, and enforcing their U.S. and international intellectual property rights. She has experience handling intellectual property disputes, particularly trademark infringement claims and Uniform Domain Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) claims. Ashley regularly represents trademark owners in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Ashley represents startups and mid-sized companies on intellectual property matters across a variety of industries, including AgTech, consumer products, e-commerce, fantasy sports, fashion, finance, food and beverage, hospitality, and real estate. She works diligently to understand her client’s business goals and crafts practical, cost-effective legal strategies that align with those goals. Ashley guides her clients through all aspects of domestic and international brand management by analyzing the risks associated with launching new brands and developing strategies associated with protecting established brands. She also negotiates complex intellectual property license agreements and advises on domain name disputes and acquisitions.

Her primary focus is to serve as a trusted advisor to her clients. She has developed a reputation for her ability to navigate complex legal issues and respond quickly to formulate a plan of action that achieves the most favorable outcome for her clients.
