Also based in DC, Stephen Weissman, a former deputy director of the FTC’s Bureau of Competition, contributes substantial enforcement expertise. Daniel G. Swanson, who previously co-led the practice, brings trial and appellate experience across US and EU competition law from Los Angeles.
