Testimonials

- Great teamwork. Efficient and thoughtful staffing and collaboration. Very expensive, but unlike other firms, reasonably considerate in billing practices, particularly on smaller or day-to-day questions. We recently experienced the team of another supposed major law firm who not only had zero experience in life sciences and AT in general (although claiming to have) but also overbilled and showed questionable billing practices, which confirmed our high appreciation for the skilled W&C firm.
- Strati Sakellariou-Witt and Heather Greenfield are two outstanding individuals who not only provide top-notch advice that looks around the corner and is substantiated by their great industry experience and insights into enforcement trends, but who also make a great effort in training and building up a skilled team. The effortless excellent advice can be taken for granted unless you try out some other firms and realize how advice really looks.

Work highlights
Successfully represented Pirelli, knocking out all claims brought by 90+ class reps and over40 suits alleging a global cartel to inflate replacement US tire prices, in a sprawling US price-fixing MDL tied to European Commission’s dawn raids on global tire makers.
Successfully represented Four Seasons in Segal v. Amadeus (N.D. Ill.), and in parallel litigation Dai v. SAS Institute (N.D. Cal.), defeating one of the first major antitrust attacks on hotel pricing software.
Secured two landmark trial victories for Nexans in the UK’s first pass-on damages trial ever held before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, tried in sequence with the related direct-purchaser trial to prevent double recovery by both direct and indirect purchasers for the same alleged overcharge, dismissing over £350 million in claimed damages and striking out a large portion of a potential £1 billion claim affecting 29 million UK consumers.
