O'Melveny’s antitrust practice is co-led by Co-Chairs of the Antitrust and Competition practice, Michael Tubach in San Francisco and Courtney Dyer in Washington DC, both of whom bring decades of experience in civil and criminal antitrust litigation. Tubach is widely recognized for managing complex class actions, DOJ investigations, and high-stakes international matters, while Dyer advises companies on navigating increasingly complex government antitrust investigations and an evolving enforcement landscape. The bench is further strengthened by Peter Herrick in New York, who regularly leads high-profile state and federal investigations and inquiries, and provides strategic guidance on merger challenges and regulatory compliance. Brian Quinn remains a key member of the Washington DC office.
