'Extremely responsive, commercially aware and decisive', Temple Legal Protection is a specialist provider of after-the-event (ATE) and before-the-event (BTE) insurance, with a particular focus on professional negligence, insolvency and defamation and privacy cases. Since their incorporation in 1999, the firm has sought to provide affordable ATE cover across a wide range of cases, working closely with litigators to pursue this aim. Laurence Pipkin is the managing director, while the 'extremely accomplished and commercially astute' Matthew Pascall is legal director and head of commercial.
