Founded in 2018, Exton Advisors is a London-based advisory and litigation funding brokerage that works across the capital structure, connecting borrowers, funders and investors. Positioning itself as an end-to-end “risk to capital” platform, the firm focuses on high-value litigation and arbitration, with particular activity in group actions, class proceedings and Competition Appeal Tribunal matters. The firm was co-founded by John Astill, Hash Dave and Tom Steindler, who also serve as managing directors. Astill’s expertise lies in collective actions and CAT claims; Dave leads on deal structuring, credit analysis and investments; and Steindler oversees the company’s corporate finance business.
