Operating for six years as an FCA-regulated broker, Factor Risk Management provides litigation funding and insurance brokerage services to a global client base, arranging cover and capital solutions for cases across Europe, Oceania and the Americas. Its combined funding and insurance capability is used to structure bespoke solutions for complex disputes, including class actions, antitrust claims and international arbitration. The firm is led by co-founders and directors Mohsin Patel, who focuses on deal origination and structuring; Brandon Deme, who specialises in group actions and high-value litigation; and Tom Davey, an expert in litigation insurance who advises on funding requirements.
