Successfully represented the Claimant, Carmon Reestrutura-Engenharia (Carmon), in a landmark case where the DIFC Court of Appeal issued the long-awaited judgment overturning, in part, its own decision in Sandra Holding, holding that the Court does have the jurisdiction to make freezing orders in support of foreign court proceedings.
