Kinstellar advises the tax departments of multinational and Ukrainian companies, assisting with the gamut of complex cross-border and local tax issues, as well as resolving tax controversies. The team has strong capacity in international tax and transfer pricing issues, as well as regularly assisting with transactional matters.
