EVERLEGAL continues to expand its dispute resolution offering, with the addition of an anti-corruption law practice and a focus on compensation for clients affected by the war. The team represents international clients across the full range of disputes, from administrative, labour and corporate disputes to tax disputes and debt collection. Andriy Porayko leads the team in domestic litigation, including administrative dispute resolution, representing clients across the banking, investment and agricultural sectors. Practice co-head Oleksandr Ruzhytskyi is an expert in human rights protection, as well as counting a number of banks, and export, manufacturing and production companies among his clients.
