Advised a consortium led by NJJ Holding (NJJ) and secured obtaining unconditional merger control clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for acquiring Datagroup-Volia and Lifecell.
Advised Knorr-Bremse AG, a provider of braking system and other rail and commercial vehicle systems, and secured obtaining merger clearance for its acquisition of Alstom Signalling Inc., the North American conventional rail signalling business, for approximately EUR 630m.
