Work highlights

Advised TAV İstanbul Terminal İşletmeciliği A.Ş. during the mass layoff processes of 4500 employees due to the closure of Atatürk Airport and advised the Client during the subsequent over 200 labor lawsuits.
Advised the Varyap/GAP Joint Venture and later Kefeli Dekorsel Joint Venture within Metropol Istanbul Project costing over 10 billion Turkish Liras on various legal aspects, including employment law matters, represented the Joint Venture and followed all labor lawsuits filed within the Project.
Advised TAV Tepe Akfen Yatırım İnşaat ve İşletme Anonim Şirketi on employment law matters and represented the Client in over 200 labor lawsuits filed by employees who have worked on and left their jobs on national and international projects (estimated litigation risk: 200 million Turkish Lira).
